Observations on some taxa of the genus: Corybantes Hubner, [1819], Athis Hubner, [1819], Zegara Oiticica, 1955, Mirocastnia Miller, 1980 and Insigniocastnia Miller, 2007 (Lepidoptera: Castniidae)

Knowledge of Castniidae moths, their taxonomy, geographical distribution and preimaginal stages is very limited in the scientific literature. We represent here nine rare taxa of the genera: Corybantes Hubner, [1819], Athis Hubner,[1819], Zegara Oiticica, 1955, Mirocastnia Miller, 1980, Insigniocastnia Miller, 2007, giving some supplementary information on their eco-ethology.
