THE TWO DAY NATIONAL WORKSHOP ON PROCESSED FOOD INDUSTRY: 'EXPORT POTENTIAL, OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES'

The Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) Karnataka Chapter in association with knowledge Network had organized a two day National Workshop on Processed Industry on 15th and 16th April, 2006 at the HAL Convention Centre, Bangalore. The Workshop was formally inaugurated by Shri Ramachandra Gowda, Honourable Minister of Science and Technology, Govt. of Kernataka. The Minister pointed out the importance of Indian food processing Industry as a sunrise Industry. He spoke on the present state of the Horticulture & Florliculture Industries in Karnataka in particular and Processed Food Industry as a whole and offered all assistance and support for the development of this sector from his Government.
