摘要

PWM driving schemes for a 20" carbon nanotube field emission display (CNT-FED) are studied in this paper. One of their advantages is the inherent ability to linearize the gamma curves of CNT-FEDs to increase their gray levels and color accuracy. There are, however, some critical problems associated with PWM driving schemes for CNT-FED. After theoretical analysis of them, several solutions are proposed and experimentally evaluated.
