摘要

The dielectric properties during sintering of BaTiO_3 with LiF aid were investigated. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to characterize the microstructure of the samples. The dielectric constant and dielectric losses were determined. It was shown that LiF had a prominent influence on the formation of BaTiO_3 ceramics with better dielectric properties, compared with undopped BaTiO_3 sintered at the same temperature conditions.
