摘要

The crystallization process of the multicomponent Fe_(89.8)Ni_(1.5)Si_(5.2)B_3C_(0.5) amorphous alloy was investigated using differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction methods and by analyzing electrical and magnetic properties. It has been established that crystallization of this alloy occurs in two stages at temperatures of 803 and 820 K, respectively. Kinetic and thermal parameters were determined for these stages. Measurements of the dependence of the relative electric resistivity on temperature established that every crystallization stage is followed by a suitable decrease of resistivity. Kinetic parameters of the stabilization process of electron energy states were determined by following changes of the electric resistivity in isothermal conditions at temperatures somewhat lower than the crystallization temperature. This method also defined two stages of the crystallization process. All these processes are followed by a permanent change of magnetic properties.
