Companies Join Forces to Build Maritime Rescue and Coordination Centre

Barco(Kortrijk,Belgium),Fabricom GTI(Brussels,Belgium)and Tein Telecom(Brussels)have cooperated to build a new Maritime Rescue and Coordination Centre(MRCC)at the port of Oostende in Belgium.The new MRCC,commissioned by the Shipping Assistance Division of the Ministry of the Flemish Community in Belgium,will replace the current monitoring system to become an integrated,state-of-the-art rescue and coordination center.
