摘要

In this paper, an energy consumption optimization approach based on tent-map chaotic particle swarm optimization is presented. The approach combining tent-map chaos with particle swarm optimization algorithm, which can effectively avoid trapping into local minimum and improve the searching performance of the standard particle swarm optimization, is applying in energy optimization of wireless sensor networks for the purpose of expanding the life time of wireless sensor networks. Simulation results show that tent-map chaotic particle swarm based energy optimization approach can obtain relatively satisfactory performance.
