摘要

This paper addresses the problem of throughput-delay of wireless multi-hop networks based on Random Linear Network Coding (RLNC). The existing research results focus on single-hop scheme, which is not suitable for wireless multi-hop network, and the conditions of system model are over ideal. Our model consists of a source transmitting packets of a single flow to a set of N receivers over independent erasure channels and the nodes of every level perform network coding over K (coding window size) packets and broadcast them to the receivers. Hence, in contrast to other works researched by Eryilmaz et al. and Swapna et al. we investigate the throughput-delay performance of RLNC based wireless multi-hop network. Firstly system model including multi-hop delay was analyzed, secondly considering limited queue, system model was improved in term of decoding delay. We then obtain the mean decoding delay and throughput in terms of K and N.
