摘要

A novel non-enzyme nitrite sensor based on diblock copolymers poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate) (PEO-b-PDMAEMA) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) composite film was constructed. The PEO-b-PDMAEMA/MWCNTs modified glass carbon electrodes (GCE) (denoted as PEO-b-PDMAEMA/MWCNTs/GCE) exhibited excellent electrocatalytic performance for the oxidation of nitrite. The effect of the PEO-b-PDMAEMA thermo-sensitive properties on the current response of nitrite was studied. The sensor enhances electrocatalytic properties towards the oxidation of nitrite with increasing solution temperature. Furthermore, the sensor exhibited sensitive response to nitrite with a wide linear range from 1.0 × 10~(-6) to 1.0 × 10~(-4) M, a low detection limit of 1.0 × 10~(-6) M and a high sensitivity of 562.16 μA mM~(-1) cm~(-2) as well as good stability and repeatability. These results indicated that the proposed composite films modified electrode has good promote applicability for detection nitrite.
