Soil Machine Dynamics (Newcastle upon Tyne,England) and Hydrovision (Aberdeen,Scotland) have confirmed that Heads of Agreement have been signed for Soil Machine Dynamic to acquire the ongoing Hydrovision business,subject to the usual diligence and contract.The planned acquisition is expected to be completed this month.
