Non-Linear Echo Sounders for High-Res Sub-Bottom Profiling

摘要

There are some important advantages of non-linear echo sounders compared to linear ones when obtaining sub-bottom information with high resolution.This article discusses some parameters of non-linear echo sounders for high-resolution sub-bot-tom profiling in general,as well as Innomar Technologie's parametric sub-bottom profiler systems SES-96 and SES-2000.
