摘要

A new process of low-temperature deposition manufacturing (LDM) based on the layer-by-layer manufacturing method of solid freeform fabrication is proposed to fabricate poly (L-lactic acid)/(tricalcium phosphate) composite scaffolds for bone tissue engineering. The LDM system and the manufacturing process are analyzed. The manufactured scaffolds are evaluated as bone regeneration scaffolds.
