Montreal,Canada-based International Telecom (IT) Inc.has announced the inauguration of the CS I.T.Intrepid.According to IT,the I.T.Intrepid is a state-of-the-art oceangoing cable ship capable of installation and maintenance activities in all ocean depths.She measures 115 meters in length,with a breadth of 18 meters,and can carry 1,700 tons of cable.Complete with all necessary modern technologies,IT notes that she can lay or repair repeatered or unrepeatered cable anywhere in the world.
