A proposed method of slowing sea level rise

Recent scientific investigations seem to indicate that the sea level is rising and that a major cause is landsupported ice melting or sliding into the oceans,primarily due ot global warming.many people,myself included,believe that the greenhouse effect of carbon dioxide (CO_2)is a major cause of global warming.
