The last all-sail warship built by the U.S.Navy,and the only Civil War-era vessel still afloat,traveled (under tow by the Vane Brothers Co.) from Baltimore,Maryland's inner harbor to the U.S.Naval Academy in Annapolis,Maryland,last month.A bon voyage celebration was held in Baltimore,as well as a welcoming ceremony in Annapolis after the USS Constellation's voyage down the Chesapeake Bay.The Constellation remained pier side at the Naval Academy for one week during the academy's homecoming celebration.A US50,000 donation from Northrop Grumman Corp.
