MTNW Expands Tensiometer Use to Synthetic Rope

Seattle, Washington-based Measurement Technology NW (MTNW) successfully implemented its running line tensiometer with a Samson (Ferndale, Washington) synthetic rope in an offshore mooring monitoring project, MTNW announced in August. It was the company's first use of tension measurement technology with a synthetic rope more than two inches in diameter.
