Gustafson's equipment division: focused on efficiency

With today's agriculture as competitive as it is, suppliers must continually work to improve efficiencies for their customers as well as themselves. This was one of the reasons the equipment division of Gustafson LLC became ISO 9001 registered in July 1999. It was also a big reason for the division's move to a new 117,000-square foot facility in Shakopee, Minn., last year. Becoming ISO registered compels companies to establish and follow written procedures for virtually every production process. ISO9001 is a model for quality assurance in design, development, production, installation and service.
