Dressta North America has upgraded the 555 A wheel loader and is reintroducing the well-known "Triple Nickel" unit as the 555 B with enhanced features to meet today's high-production requirements, the company says.The improved 555 B has an operating weight of more than 63,000 pounds and is powered by a 315-hp Cummins N14C turbocharged and aftercooled engine. The unit, which can deliver 60,000-plus pounds of breakout force, features hydrostatic steering, wet disc brakes, low-effort hydraulic controls, and a four-speed, electrically controlled powershift transmission.
