Shareholders of POSCO, the world's third-largest steelmaker, on Friday gave the green light for a second term for its current chief executive officer Chung Joon-yang, company officials said. With the approval made at a shareholders meeting earlier in the day, he will run the steel giant for another three years. Chung, who took the helm of the nation's largest steelmaker in 2009, is credited with helping the steelmaker overcome the global economic downturn.
