The objective of this paper is to present the latest developments of Siemens VAI Sinter Technologies especially concerning the cost savings potential that can be achieved in existing sinter plants and eventually in the Blast Furnace. The Siemens VAI Sinter Technologies consists of innovative solutions and design packages which enhance sinter quality and productivity thus generating ideal blast furnace burden for optimized production.
