You could say ISRI will return to its roots when it holds its convention and exposition in Los Angeles April 5-9. The association held its first two conventions-in 1988 and 1989-in the City of Angels at the Century Plaza hotel. In those early days, ISPJ's fledgling convention was a modest-sized affair, attracting 2,250 attendees the first year and 2,700 the second year, with an exposition that featured 75 to 100 exhibitors.
