Shrimp specialist Klaas Puul & Zoon from the Netherlands displayed its newly developed range of tapas dishes designed to meet the growing demand for snack food. There are currently four tapas products available. They are packed in resealable tubs as 240g retail packs or 1.5kg foodservice packs and are presented in strong colours to attract consumer interest. Surimi shrimps in garlic and parsley flavoured oil are in a striking purple pack; mussels in oil with white balsamic vinegar and cocktail onions come in a green pack; pink shrimps in oil with pommedori tomatoes and pesto catch the eye in orange; while crayfish meat in oil with oregano and pommedori tomatoes is presented in red.
