When I began to research what the business gurus have thought or written about accountability, my Internet searches didn't call up the usual thousand-plus pages for me to peruse. I guess no one wants to be accountable for accountability. What exactly is accountability? In essence, it means taking responsibility for your behavior and actions. The truth is that we are all accountable for our actions, words, thoughts, and feelings. Unfortunately, many people didn't get that memo.
