China pilots restructuring of steel industry in Shandong

China's State Council, the country's Cabinet, has recently approved a pilot plan on structural adjustment of steel industry in east China's Shandong province, said National Dev elopment and Reform Commission (NDRC) in a statement on its website Sunday.
