In 2009 overall export values for aquaculture products broke new records. Sid Pickering catches up with some of the industry's players to see what happened. Last year should not have been a year to remember for New Zealand's aquaculture industry. Like all exporting business, aquaculture is directly affected by a few key outside factors. At the beginning of 2009, those did not look good.
