Wsay additive free, we mean it/ says Julia Bradley, product developer for fish at UK-based Marks and Spencer (M&S). Ms Bradley is referring to the high-end retailer's massive launch of 32 own-brand seafood dishes in a ground-breaking range of meals. M&S has gone to extreme lengths to create these products. It has approached primary suppliers of every ingredient used in each of the dishes and persuaded them to produce a bespoke, additive-free product especially for the range.
