Arecent report on the United Kingdom's restaurant market found that while sales are up in restaurants and pubs throughout the country, they seem to be leveling off.The Coffer Peach Business Tracker, which monitors sales trends across the UK foodservice market, found sales growth for pubs and restaurants slowed in May after a strong start to 2014, with collective like-for-like sales up a meager 0.2 percent compared with the same month in 2013.
