Cooke building new hatchery, processing plant in Nova Scotia

Cooke Aquaculture is preparing to build a new hatchery in Nova Scotia, Canada and is looking at prospective sites for a Shelburne processing plant, reported Business Herald. The firm plans to open the Shelburne processing plant in 2015. "People are anxious to see a site chosen, to see construction happening. We're not at that point yet, but there's certainly a lot of work going on," said Chuck Brown, communications manager with Cooke Aquaculture.
