INDECO has unveiled two new series of custom grapples for excavators weighing 25,000 to 170,000 pounds. The C Series is designed for material sorting and light duty, while the H Series can take on heavy-duty chores such as scrap handling and major demolition.The grapples, which are custom-fit to each user's excavator make, model, and serial number, offer an 'optimum hydraulic-to-mechanical geometry" for more grabbing power, the company says. The grapples' tines are solid, with a standard 14-inch length, though 21-inch tines are available. The tines ensure tighter closure, which makes for quick and easy pickup of smaller items, fewer drops, and less repeated movements, according to INDECO.
