China domestic scrap prices hold on steel uncertainty

Market sources attributed the static situation to the uncertain steel market and the recent rainy weather across most of the country. In eastern China's Jiangsu province, major scrap buyer Xingcheng Special Steel raised its scrap prices by Yuan 50/mt (8 dollars) on March 10, following which market prices in the region also increased by a similar amount.
