A Russian cargo was sold Wednesday just shy of $385/mt CFR Turkey to an electric arc furnace-based steelmaker, showing a $3-4/mt decrease compared to a sale made last Friday, while Romanian material is also available at a similar discount from contracts signed at the end of last week, market participants said Wednesday. The Platts daily Black Sea assessment slipped $2.50/mt to $359/mt FOB for A3 Wednesday on the back of such trade activity.
