Vale kept premiums for September-arrival Southern System iron orefines term cargoes unchanged from August,at $1/dry mt over an IODEX-based matrix, termcustomers of the miner said Friday. Southern System fines include StandardSinter Feed Guaiba (SSFG) and Standard SinterFeed Tubarao (SSFT), both medium-gradebrands with low alumina and phosphorus and high silica content.
