Severstal owner Mordashov takes on rebar price complainants

Alexey Mordashov, majority shareholder of Russian mining and steel company Severstal, has written to Russia?s deputy prime minister, the industry and trade minister, and the head of Russia?s federal antimonopoly service (FAS) claiming that steel buyers are being unreasonable in their demands in an attempt to control the free market.
