CAP Mineria’s iron ore production jumps 10.8%

CAP Mineria — the mining branch of Chile’s integrated steel group, CAP — produced 13.03 million mt of iron ore in 2014, 10.8% more than the 11.75 million mt from the previous year, the company said in its annual report. Pellet feeds accounted for 73.5% of total output.
