US coking coal prices flat, blend deals have no impact

US coking coal prices remained flat Friday as some reported deals for blends had no effect on prices for low-vol and high-vol grades. Platts assessed US high-vol A hard coking coal unchanged at 137 dollars/mt FOB East Coast. US high-vol B also was flat at 116 dollars/mt FOB and US low-vol HCC held at 150 dollars/mt FOB East Coast.
