Traders first reported the de facto export block early in the second quarter, and shipments have been delayed in ports since. “Because there has been little outlet for exports, many suppliers I have spoken to in Ukraine have quite big stocks,” one merchant said. One supplier who normally ships 5,000-10,000 mt/month now has three or four times that amount in stock, one source said.
