Raspadskaya is using the Platts FOB Australia hard coking coal benchmark, minus a discount of some 10-12% for its quality, which is classified as semi-hard, and supplied on an FOB Far East port basis. It plans to export around 25-30% of its total output in the near future, which was 6.25 million mt last year, but changes are likely according to regional markets' profitability, Andreev said.
