Sweden's lKAB to maintain full ore output this year

Swedish iron ore miner LKAB intends to maintain full production for the rest of this year, despite the slowdown in Europe, its main market, the company said Thursday. Around 75% of LKAB's production is destined for the EU, where mills are working at reduced run rates amid slack demand and the underlying issue of the ongoing debt crisis, the company said in its third quarter earnings.
