Kumba to build iron ore logistics center in Qingdao

South Africa-headquartered Kumba Iron Ore has signed a structure agreement with the Qingdao Port Group, operator of the Qingdao port in east China's Shandong province, to build an iron ore logistics center. “The deal was sealed on July 11 but the two parties are still working on details such as total investment, the equity structure and the volume the center will handle,” said a port official familiar with progress on the agreement.
