Talvivaara's Q3 nickel production still falls short

Talvivaara Mining saw its nickel output increase in the third quarter but expects to fall short of its full-year production target, the UK-listed miner said Monday. Talvivaara produced 4,030 mt of nickel and 7,184 mt of zinc from its operations in Finland in the third quarter of 2012, up from 3,194 mt of nickel and 6,686 mt of zinc in the previous quarter.
