Turkish mills have paid $366-368/mt CFR for Romanian heavy melting scrap I/II (80/20) this week, suggesting they will pay slightly more for the raw material, sources said Wednesday. The Platts Steel Business Briefing daily Black Sea figure remained at $347.50/mt FOB Wednesday for A3 as the ex-Romania prices are in-line with this assessment.
