The iron ore market is bracing forthe addition of around 250 million mt/yearin new low impurity ores from mine projectsand blends over the next two years, on top ofsupply from Rio Tinto’s and BHP Billiton’s rampups,looking for markets at a time of forecastlower annual steel output in China.This threatens to change the makeup ofthe market's structure and share of ores inChina.
