Raspadskaya to recommence exports to Asia in Q4

Russian coking coal producer Raspadskaya plans to expand its mining output shortly and expects to launch new faces, including a second face at its Raspadskaya mine “in the very nearest future”, Steel Business Briefing learns from the company’s half-year financial results. The company is planning to recommence exports to Asia in the fourth quarter of 2011. The company noted that it had agreed long-term contracts with the largest Russian metallurgical and coke companies until 2013-15 in the first half of the year.
