Posco Daewoo will acquire Posco P&S's steel business units

Posco's trading arm Posco Daewoo will acquire the steel business units of another Posco subsidiary, Posco Processing & Service (Posco P&S), effective March 1 next year, according to separate disclosures both companies made to the Korea stock exchange.
