European construction output stumbles in November

November saw construction output drop off slightly in the European Union as a weakening building sectorcountered slim growth in civil engineering. However, on a year-on-year basis the European regionsrecorded a solid increase in production of 2.2% in the euro area and 2.5% in the wider EU 28.
