Ma'anshan Iron & Steel (Magang) in eastern China's Anhui province formally inaugurated a ferrous scrap company Tuesday to improve its management of the resource, the steelmaker said. “China's steel industry is paying more attention to scrap use and we forecast the industry's demand for scrap will keep growing over the next few years,” a Magang official said.
