Turkish seamless pipe imports rose by 9% year-on-year to 133,494 metric tons in the first half of the year as low-priced Chinese material continued to dominate the market, despite provisional anti-dumping measures being taken against such imports in the period, Platts observed from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
