ArcelorMittal and Tata have announced ?20/metric ton increases in European coil offers, citing stronger fundamentals and higher costs. The formal increase from ArcelorMittal was effective Thursday, October 20, and covers all regions for new orders of hot-rolled, cold-rolled and hot-dipped galvanized coil. The increase will be applicable for new spot orders delivered in both the fourth and first quarter.
