The Broadband World Forum will take place at the CNIT La Defense In Paris between October 9-12. The focus this year will be on expanding and upgrading networks. The Broadband World Forum Europe conference and exhibition will take place between October 9-12 2006 at the CNIT La Defense in Paris. Pitza Madoch, events organiser for the International Engineering Consortium, who helped put the event together, says: "In terms of the theme this year we're focusing on the network and new technologies within it." The conference will look at new technologies in the fixed-broadband field such as carrier Ethernet, ADSL2 Plus, VDSL, FTTX, Wimax, 3G Plus services, revenue-driving applications and content delivery.
