The Structure of Tetraarylantimony Halides and Tetraphenylantimony Isothiocyanate

X-ray diffraction analysis is used to study tetraphenylantimony fluoride(I),tetra-p-tolylantimony(II),and tetraphenylantimony isothiocyanate(III),where Sb atom has a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal coordination.The Sb-C bond lengths in I-III lie a range of 2.102(1)-2.183(1)A;the Sb-F,Sb-Cl,and Sb-N distances are equal to 2.0530(8)A,2.7319(7)A,and 2.507(2)A,respectively,in I,II,and III.
